The German shop also serves as a European access to Kemimoto. It offers UTV accessories with direct shipping to supported European delivery areas as well as motorcycle accessories, motorcycle clothing, luggage solutions, rainwear and heated equipment. Availability, language, price, taxes and shipping conditions depend on the selected delivery country and the information in the checkout.
Our history
It all started with an accessory that didn’t fit
The story of Kemimoto began with a concrete problem: Five enthusiastic drivers wanted to mount newly purchased mirrors, but the supplied screws did not fit.
This small problem gave rise to a development principle that is still valid today. An accessory must not only fulfill its function. It should fit the intended vehicle and assembly point, be understandable to mount and function reliably in actual use.
The original team of five people has become a global company with more than 500 professionals. Nevertheless, our work continues to start with the vehicle, the driver and the specific application problem. We do not first develop any universal part and then look for possible vehicles. We first examine the target model, the assembly location, the conditions of use and the expected risks.
This approach applies to UTV doors, windscreens, mirrors, storage space, lighting and brackets as well as to motorcycle mirrors, luggage systems, gloves, boots, rain and heating clothing.

The European Kemimoto shop uses German as its main language. Via the language and country selection, other markets can access localized content. Good localization means more than a literal translation. Depending on the destination country, the following points must also be considered:

- delivery area, delivery time and restrictions for islands, remote regions and bulky goods;
- Return, guarantee and consumer rights;

The German side serves as a content and technical basis. However, other language versions should be adapted to the actual search and reading practices of the relevant market.
European shipment and direct shipment of UTV accessories
Kemimoto uses storage capacity in Germany to support European deliveries. According to the current shipping policy, the expected delivery time is usually 6 to 12 days. The actual duration depends on the destination country, the postcode and the stock in the respective warehouse.
Available UTV accessories can be shipped directly to supported European countries. Additional restrictions may apply to large products such as doors, windscreens, roofs or dust oxen, as well as to islands, remote regions and non-standard delivery areas. Customers should enter the delivery country and postcode before placing an order or contact customer service to confirm delivery, costs and expected delivery time.
Europe-wide direct shipping does not mean that every product can be delivered to every European address. Decisive are the information in the checkout and the confirmation by the customer service.

How Kemimoto develops UTV accessories and motorcycle equipment
Understand the Use Case
We determine the target vehicle, assembly position, environment, functional requirements and possible failure risks. UTV products focus on vehicle design, load and off-road use. Motorcycle products include assembly, movement, comfort and weather.
Capture fit and material data
Depending on the product, we use vehicle measurements, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD and dimensional inspection. Textile products also consider fabrics, seams, zippers, belts, buckles and contact surfaces.
Building and assembling or trying on a prototype
Prototypes can be produced using 3D printing, CNC machining and other suitable processes. We then check the assembly location, clearance, attachment, connection and operation. When it comes to clothing and luggage solutions, we are investigating wear, adjustment, storage and movement requirements.

The test methods are adapted to the material, design, electronics, assembly and intended use.
Documenting and improving results
Assembly observations, laboratory results, transport experience and user feedback feed into the further development of the product and its guidance.
Among other things, we distinguish UTV structural parts, electronic accessories, optical components, motorcycle holders, luggage, clothing and textile products.
Depending on the product, fit, vibration, loosening, fatigue, deformation, corrosion, water entry, UV aging, temperature, electrics, optics and transport risks are taken into account.
Only methods are selected that match the material, construction, power supply, assembly type and intended use.
Laboratory observations are combined with assembly, use, transport and customer feedback.
Testing competences for UTV and ATV accessories
Six-axis motion simulation and vibration test
Vehicle-mounted products such as luggage carriers, brackets, mirrors, doors, lighting and electronic components may be subjected to a six-axis motion simulation or electromagnetic vibration test, depending on the product. Structural stability, attachment, fatigue, loosening, detachment and electrical contact interruptions can be investigated.
Dimensions, assembly and mechanical construction
Dimensional inspection, vehicle scanning and test assembly help to assess contour, drilling, clearance, movement space and connections. Tensile and mechanical impact tests may be used for suitable structures, belts, attachments and connection points.
A laboratory measurement does not replace a sample assembly on the target model. Product pages must continue to state brand, model, year of construction, execution and assembly conditions.
Salt spray and weathering resistance
Suitable metal parts, coatings, fasteners and contacts may be subjected to a neutral salt spray test using 5 % salt solution. The test time can be between 48 and 500 hours depending on the material, product and validation requirement.
Plastics, coatings and outdoor materials can be subjected to UV aging or temperature and humidity testing, depending on the use. Controlled laboratory tests cannot be equated with any real exposure to road salt, coastal climate or long-term outdoor use.
Windscreens, softtops, doors and storage space
Softtops, textile doors, cabin cladding, bags and other textile products can be examined with a hydrostatic pressure test for possible water inlet points on fabrics, seams, seam strip, zippers and seals. Tension tests may evaluate belts, handles, buckles and seams.
Water repellency is not automatically equivalent to a waterproofness tested under defined conditions.
Electronics and lighting for UTVs
Suitable luminaires, control units, sensors, power supplies and electronic accessories may be examined by vibration testing, thermography, DC supply and load, signal and current measurement, ESD testing and plug cycles.
Internal tests shall not replace required CE, ECE, EMC, IP or other demonstrations of conformity.
Testing competences for motorcycle accessories and driver equipment
Mirrors, brackets and baggage systems
Motorcycle mirrors, brackets and luggage systems can be assessed by dimensional, assembly, vibration, pull, impact and salt spray tests, depending on the product. This allows to investigate risks such as dimensional deviation, loosening, fatigue, deformation and corrosion.
Rain clothing, motorcycle bags and textile equipment
Appropriate rainwear, motorcycle bags and textile products can be assessed by hydrostatic pressure testing on fabrics, seams, seam strip, zippers and seals. Tension tests may examine belts, handles, buckles, seams and connection points.
Materials and weathering resistance
Suitable fabrics, plastics and coatings may undergo UV-aging, high-temperature, low-temperature or temperature-moisture tests. Possible color changes, cracks, deformations and functional losses are observed.
Heating and electronic equipment
Thermography can make the heated areas and the temperature distribution visible with suitable heating clothing. Power supply, load, oscilloscope and current measurement can be used to assess the operating state. Plug-in cycles can evaluate the repeated use of power connections.
Internal electrical testing does not replace formal certification for the respective European target market.
